Promote the car to see if there is friction or shaking, if the roller gap is too large, need to replace the laser marking machine roller. The orientation of the laser cutting machine is appropriate when it is reset, but at the terminal station, the car or beam can not slow down to impact the equipment. Check whether the mainboard parameters are incorrect. The sensor line is broken or the sensor is damaged, and the magnet is not in a reasonable place.
Standby hand to promote the trolley and beam, see if there is friction resistance, if there is a barrier to eliminate or comb, and see if the left tightening wheel is too tight. Check sync belt, bald head, hair dryer tube, cable drag chain is not stuck.
If the laser cutting machine controller is replaced, the reset abnormal occurs, the first need to check whether the parameters are appropriate, according to the change of the motherboard parameters, you can deal with the reset abnormal problem. Check whether the beam is more serious, the upper and lower sides should not exceed 2MM, check whether the rubber bearing wheel on both sides is damaged, and promote whether it is smooth.
For models with resistor banks, the resistor must be measured accurately. If the resistor is wrong, replace the resistor bank.
