According to the adjustment of the Angle of view of the three mirrors so that the light path is parallel, the laser head is hit at the same point in a random position, and the focus is in the center of the focal eye lens. Adjust the optical path of the optical fiber laser automatic cutting machine: (adjust the current flow to 4-5mA) check whether the laser can be hit on a mirror.
Check whether the laser can be hit on the second and third mirrors, if not, adjust the M1, M2, M3 screws behind the upper level of the mirror. Attach a double layer of double-sided tape to the optical access switch of the laser objective lens, move the laser head to the upper right of the cabinet countertop, and press the TEST key on the operation panel to make a laser point.
Move the laser head to the top left and hit a laser point, see if it is in the same position as the point hit on the top right, such as the M1, M2, M3 screws that do not adjust the second mirror in the same position. Make it hit the same spot as the top right spot. Move the laser head to the lower left, see if the line is in the same position as the upper right, and adjust the second reflection lens.
As above continuous adjustment, the laser point three points hit in the same position. Check whether the focus is in the center: put a mirror on the vertical bottom of the condenser, press the TEST key to hit the laser under the objective lens close to the objective lens (that is, hand), and see if the laser point is hit in the center of the condenser. The plastic plate in the hand should be cauterized by the heart laser, and the hand need not be placed in the vertical plan of the eye lens.
Note: When the optical path is adjusted, the M1, M2, M3 screws of the eyeglass frame Angle are not adjusted strongly each time, and the change of the optical path is observed.
