The small area of the product workpiece is heated locally, the energy radiated by the laser is diffused to the internal structure of the product workpiece through heat transfer, and the product workpiece is melted to produce a specific melt pool. Due to the high power density and fast energy release of laser welding machine, its production and processing efficiency is much higher than that of traditional welding methods.

When the laser is focused, the spot is very small. During the welding operation, the adhesion between the two materials is better, there is no damage to the surface of the material and its deformation, and there is no post-treatment of the weld.

Lasers used to weld precision parts are not affected by electromagnetic fields, do not produce X-rays, and are not protected by vacuum, so they can be used to weld large structures.


The insulated wire can be welded directly without stripping the insulation layer in advance. It can also weld different materials with large differences in physical properties.
