If an alarm is generated, the optical output, wire feed, and air supply actions are stopped, and a pop-up window appears on the Home page.
Fish scale mode welding effect
(In this mode, only the laser is turned off when interrupted) Just set the spot welding duration and interval time to produce fish scale welding effect, the minimum can be set 1ms intermittent mode welding effect.
(In this mode, turn off the laser, turn off the protective gas, and stop the wire feed when interrupted) can be fixed length welding, by setting the spot welding duration to change the welding length, and the spot welding interval time can be set higher.
Operation process of handheld laser welding machine:
Handheld laser welding is also called portable laser welding gun. The handheld laser welding device connects the laser head to the laser welding machine through an optical fiber, which realizes the long-distance transmission of the laser. Customers operate the equipment just like the argon arc welding machine, can achieve product spot welding, straight seam welding, overlap welding, circular welding and any trajectory welding. Welding wire can also be added.
First, the preparation before starting
1, check the laser welding machine power supply, water circulation is normal;
2. Check whether the gas link of the equipment in the machine is normal;
3, check the machine surface without dust, speckle, oil, etc.;
Second, boot
1, turn on the power supply, open the main power switch;
2, in order to open the water cooler, laser generator, etc.
3, open the argon valve, adjust the gas flow;
4, enter the current work parameters to be executed;
5. Perform welding operations;
Third, the use of operating procedures:
1, should check whether the parts of the welding machine work normally;
Before the welding work, check whether the various parts of the laser welding machine are working normally, and check the welding machine and work site after the operation to eliminate hidden dangers and ensure safety without accidents.
2. Avoid fire caused by laser irradiation;
Direct irradiation or strong reflection of the laser beam will cause combustibles to burn, leading to fires, and there are thousands to tens of thousands of volts of high voltage in the laser, which will be damaged by electric shocks. Therefore, only trained personnel are allowed to operate the laser welding machine. The laser light path system must be fully enclosed with metal to prevent direct irradiation, and the laser welding table should also be shielded to prevent radiation.
3, should avoid laser damage to the eyes;
The power density of the laser used in laser welding machine is very large, and the beam is very thin, which is easy to cause damage to people's eyes and skin, so the eyes should be protected during laser welding operation. Field operators must wear special laser protective glasses.
4, should avoid laser burns to the skin;
Laser direct irradiation of the skin will cause burns to the skin, by the long-term effects of diffuse reflection, but also lead to the operator's skin aging, inflammation and skin cancer. Field operators should wear overalls to reduce the impact of diffuse reflection.
