The position adjustment of the laser tube support frame of the laser tube cutting machine is as follows: First, ensure that the light from the laser tube enters the center of the 1 # mirror. Stick double-sided tape in front of the mirror, move the bearing beam to the position close to the laser tube, and mark it by aiming (manipulating a reasonable light intensity) (especially note: In order to avoid injury from the laser radiation source, please use a piece of cardboard to detect the approximate position of the light point, and then complete the adjustment).
Slowly move the bearing beam to a place far away from the laser tube, press the aim, and mark it. If the two marks do not coincide, adjust the 1 # mirror so that the centers of the two marks coincide. Continue to step 2 to step 4 until the two mark centers are completely overlapped.
Put double-sided tape on the front of the 3 # mirror, move the car (laser head) to the position close to the 2 # mirror, and mark it by aiming (manipulating a reasonable light intensity). Slowly move the laser head (car) to the part far away from the 2 # mirror, press the target (it is best to use a piece of cardboard to first measure the approximate part of the light to prevent injury), and mark it.
If the two marks do not coincide, adjust the 2 # mirror so that the centers of the two marks coincide. Continue to step 6 to step 8 until the two mark centers completely coincide. Put double-sided tape on the light entry hole on the front of the mirror, aim it, and mark it. If it is in the center, it meets the target.
If the laser does not fall in the center of the light inlet hole, the falling point in the figure is off and off. Left and right error: only pull the laser tube up or down. Internal and external error: only the laser tube is adjusted inward or outward. On the diagram, it is necessary to reduce the laser tube, then gradually adjust all again from the first step.
The loop four points coincide and the laser is set to the middle of the 3# mirror. The CM and TM series machines adjust the three copper screws on the 3# mirror to align the laser from the middle of the fumarole. If there is a slight error up and down, adjust the 3# head seat to the left or right to make the loop vertical.
If there is a slight error before and after, it is generally caused by the error of the 3# head seat itself, and the vertical Angle of the loop can be replaced and adjusted again.
