Check whether the lens is dirty during the laser transmission process, or whether the lens is dirty, and whether the lens has small cracks that are not easy to find with the naked eye, which will affect the transmission of laser power. After checking the above two points, it can be determined whether the laser itself is good, and then the process parameters can be adjusted.


The burrs produced by the metal laser cutting machine cutting stainless steel have a certain hardness and are difficult to remove. This takes time and affects the beauty of the workpiece. It is better to solve the problem at its root. The gas should be very pure. You can switch to a better quality gas supplier.

The purity of the gas is very important. It is best not to use cylinder gas, because after two fillings, the purity is not high and the gas is wasted. Then, adjust the cutting parameters to the best. Air pressure, flow, focal length, cutting speed, etc., need to be adjusted several times.

It is impossible to rely on the parameters provided by the machine to cut fine workpieces. Equipment + gas + parameters, adjusted to the best state, workpiece cutting without burrs.
